InkCrafty Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting InkCrafty! Because our products are printed on demand, every single item is made especially for you as soon as you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and overproduction, though it means your items take just a little longer to reach your doorstep.
1. Production & Processing Times

Standard Production Time: Items go into production within 2โ5 business days of your order being placed.

Holiday Seasons: During high-volume holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), production can take up to 5โ7 business days.
๐ Note: Shipping times are in addition to production times. An order takes a few days to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship all US orders via reliable carriers (including USPS, UPS, and DHL). Once your item leaves our print facilities, here are the estimated delivery windows:

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be 100% guaranteed due to unexpected carrier delays.
3. Split Shipments
If you order multiple different types of items (for example, a mug and a t-shirt), they may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. Don't worry if one item arrives before the otherโthey are both on the way! You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
4. Returns & Exchanges (Printify Fulfillment Policy)
Because all items at InkCrafty are unique and custom-made to order, we do not support returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, wrong color, or simply change your mind.
Please use our size charts listed on each product page before finalizing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If there is a manufacturing error, a bad print, or your item arrives damaged during transit, we've got you covered! We will issue a free reprint or a full refund.
To claim a replacement or refund:

Provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue on a flat surface.

There is no need to mail the physical item back to us! Once we verify the photo proof, a new order will be sent to production immediately.
6. Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. InkCrafty is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to sender due to an invalid address, a reshipment fee will apply to mail it out a second time.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't moved or your package is deemed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation and arrange a free reprint for you.
